HOW IT WORKS

Once you’ve purchased your piece, simply email a scanned copy of your ink impression to hello@releasedfromlove.com.au.

Please include your ring size. If you don’t know it, we can send you a complimentary ring sizer — simply cover the shipping cost.

After receiving your scan, we vectorise and laser-engrave your impression into the chosen metal. Each piece is then handmade, polished, and finished to order.

Lead times vary by metal (sterling silver and solid gold 2–3 weeks, gold vermeil 4–5 weeks). If you require your piece by a certain date, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All laser impression pieces include tracked domestic delivery. You’ll receive your digital submission guide via email, followed by your finished piece securely shipped once complete.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Express: Includes tracked express shipping for your final piece.

Premium International Door-to-Door (DHL): A single flat fee covers all stages of shipping, including expedited international delivery with signature confirmation.
