This website, www.rfljewelry.com, is owned and operated by Suro Studio Pty Ltd (ABN 67 622 244 928), trading as RFL Jewelry ("RFL", "we", "us"). The following Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and users of www.rfljewelry.com and www.releasedfromlove.com.au ("the Site"). By accessing or using the Site in any manner, all users and visitors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. RFL is not liable to any person for any loss in relation to the use of the Site. RFL reserves the right to seek all remedies available for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the relevant laws of Australia. All international sales are subject to the import laws of the destination country.

Terms of Sale

RFL is based in Australia and all products and costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please note that every item on the Site is handmade and therefore may not be exactly identical to the item displayed on the Site. Items cannot be returned on the basis of variation from the item as displayed on the Site. By ordering and paying for an item from the Site, you are making an offer to purchase that item, which offer is subject to the following terms and conditions and availability. Every piece is handmade to order. For impression pieces, your piece enters production once your impression has been returned to us and approved. Production takes approximately two to three weeks (four to five weeks for gold vermeil), after which your piece is sent by express shipping. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been accepted, and an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. Prices advertised on the Site are subject to change without notice; see Pricing below for how the price of your placed order is protected.

RFL Virtual Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
2. Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the Site
3. Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash
4. If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be available and can be redeemed against subsequent orders
5. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit must be paid using an alternate payment method
6. Virtual Gift Cards will be emailed to the purchaser once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken
7. RFL is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser
8. RFL is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission
9. RFL reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card or Credit Note if we deem such action necessary
10. Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards
11. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a RFL Gift Card

Pricing

Every RFL piece is handmade to order in the solid metal you choose, which means the price of your piece is tied to the price of that metal on the day it is cast. Because precious metal prices move daily, your pricing is held for six weeks from your order date. If your impression returns to us after that window, your piece is repriced to the current value of its metal. Your impression kit includes everything you need to take and return your impression well within the window. If life gets in the way, write to us. We will always find the fair path.

Shipping

Impression kits are dispatched promptly after your order is placed. Finished pieces are sent by express, tracked and signed-for shipping once production is complete. A flat shipping rate of AUD$40.00 applies to orders within Australia. A flat shipping rate of AUD$150.00 applies to all international orders, sent by express international courier. All applicable duties and taxes are included for international orders. There is nothing further to pay on delivery. All care is taken in the prompt delivery of your order, however RFL does not take responsibility for delays in transit once an order has been dispatched, and we are unable to refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched. RFL is not liable for any losses incurred due to incorrect delivery details resulting in lost or delayed orders.

Returns

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind so please consider this prior to placing your order. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@rfljewelry.com

If an item purchased from the Site has a major problem which cannot be repaired, RFL will offer an exchange. In the unlikely event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective due to manufacturing faults, we require that you email hello@rfljewelry.com within 48 hours of receipt of order and include your name, proof of purchase, a photo of the item and description of the issue. We will repair the item at no cost within a reasonable time. If the item is not repaired within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to choose a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to not repair, or to add a cost to any goods returned after the aforementioned period.

Please note, manufacturing faults do not include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken gemstones or pearls; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted or snapped; oxidised or faded plating.

Returned items must be packed in their original packaging and sent to RFL via registered, tracked post. RFL will incur the costs of shipping any repaired or replacement items to you. If you purchased an RFL piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer's policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.

Intellectual Property

The user agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The Site is owned by Suro Studio Pty Ltd, and is subject to copyright. All information and material on the Site is protected by Australian copyright laws, and specifically the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). You must not copy, adapt, reproduce, broadcast, store, distribute, print, publish, or create derivative works from any information or material on the Site. You must not use or apply, for commercial purposes, any material or information on the Site without the prior written consent of RFL. Nothing on the Site gives rise to, and cannot be construed as granting, any licence or right to use any trademark appearing on the Site without written permission of RFL.

Privacy

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. You may withdraw your consent and opt out of email marketing at any time.
