HOW IT WORKS

We'll send your kit to you within 2 business days. Once you've created your impression in wax, send it back to us and we'll turn it into a wearable piece of art. Lead time varies depending on your location as well as choice of metal (sterling silver and solid gold 2-3 weeks, gold vermeil 4-5 weeks). If you require your piece by a certain date, please email us and we'll do our best to accomodate. To add a birthstone, please email us. Your finished piece will look different to the image, so please keep in mind that every impression is unique and no two will look the same.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Shipping fees include all stages of delivery: 1) sending your wax kit to you, 2) a prepaid return label for sending it back to us, and 3) delivery of your finished piece.

We offer two international shipping options for our dog nose impression process:

Standard International — Best Value
Your impression kit is sent via economy post, with DHL Express used for the return of your impressions and delivery of your finished piece. This option balances cost, security, and reliability.

DHL Express Concierge — Fastest
All shipments are sent via DHL Express, including your impression kit, return of impressions, and delivery of your finished jewelry. Ideal for urgent or time-sensitive orders.
