HOW IT WORKS

We'll send your kit to you within 2 business days. Once you've created your impression in wax, send it back to us and we'll turn it into a wearable piece of art. Lead time varies depending on your location as well as choice of metal (sterling silver and solid gold 2-3 weeks, gold vermeil 4-5 weeks). If you require your piece by a certain date, please email us and we'll do our best to accomodate. Your finished piece will look different to the image, so please keep in mind that every impression is unique and no two will look the same. Our kits can also be used for cats and other small animals, simply follow the same steps within the kit to capture their unique impression.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Shipping fees include all stages of delivery: 1) sending your wax kit to you, 2) a prepaid return label for sending it back to us, and 3) delivery of your finished piece.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Express: This fee covers two shipments — sending your wax kit to you and returning your finished piece. Return postage for mailing your wax impression back to us is not included and must be arranged by you at your local post office.

Premium International Door-to-Door (DHL): A single flat fee covers all shipping, including your wax kit, return, and final piece. A prepaid return label is included for ease, and your kit typically arrives within 2 business days.
